🏘My First Property! 🏘

…so ya girl bought her first INVESTMENT PROPERTY!! It was an older duplex on the Southside of Columbus!!! When I tell y’all I WAS SO EXCITED 😆 I mean through the roof excited😛!! I had always wanted to be a Real Estate Investor…but…like college…I didn’t really have any guidance… so I had to figure it out…. I started talking to people…asking around trying to understand what all the HYPE was about!!
